It never ceases to amaze how agencies try to " beat " the system! And to " ask "

their employees to help in the process? Well, I' sure we all know the answer to

that question.

The Feds need to look close to San and a little south of there, as well

as, many parts of the country.

The same reason that miles take drugs over the border. The odds they

get caught are low the money made if not caught very high. I just

spent a buck on a Powerball ticket in LA. Odds are inverse. Of course

my venture is legal. Ethics aside it's a safe bet.
