I'm a bit better than I was last summer and last winter (had to have

the heat turned low all winter and train the family to leave it there)

but I'm still more heat intolerant than anyone can imagine. My doctor

expects this to be permanent damage. I stay in the air conditioned

house through the heat waves.

This is the 6th day of ALA and all is well :)
