high cortisol question

I have a question concerning those in pre-burn out stage. My father

(76) recently did the saliva testing and his levels all day were off

the charts high- over 110. He has been dealing with chronic nerve

pain post-shingles for the past 10 months which explains it, plus my

mom died of cancer two years ago so he's been under a lot of emotional

stress. Should he treat this using non-medication adrenal support

recommended by 's book? (21st century). Since he has high

cortisol, he definitley should not take HC correct?

thanks,

Liz

I'll let him know. The lab work from I think it was ZRT didn't

mention being tested for Cushings, but i'll look into that, thanks!
