I take 2 grains of my Armour at 7 am and the second 1.5 grains at noon or so.

I would try spacing your Armour out more for better coverage. The T3

in it runs out after about 5 hours. Try 1 at 7 a.m, 1 at noon, 1

before dinner, and the last half at bedtime. You may need to

increase your Armour, but try spacing it out first. It will

certainly give you more energy at night, having some fresh T3 in you.

in it runs out after about 5 hours. Try 1 at 7 a.m, 1 at noon, 1

before dinner, and the last half at bedtime. You may need to

increase your Armour, but try spacing it out first. It will

certainly give you more energy at night, having some fresh T3 in you.
