When to back off on iron???

I haven't had my ferritin tested again, just regular workup for iron

and the nurse said I am no longer anemic. I am just wondering if I

can't get my ferritin tested to see where I am at, then would it be

safe to back off a bit on the dosage? How long do you recommend staying

at 150-200 mg? My ferritin last summer was 19.
