They have always arrived successfully for me in the UK but can take up

to 4 weeks.

Nope--not customs that I can tell. According to the tracking info, it seems

that it is in the hands of the USPS, has been " received " at one of their post

offices in LA, and is " out for delivery " .

I know that I have seen other posts on this but I can't find them. Hoping that

someone will chime in. I may post this in the chat group as well. Thanks Nick!

Well, that explains it -- it's the hands of the USPS, the absolute worst mail

service in the world, I'm convinced. If I want anything to get anywhere, I use

UPS or FedEx. Unfortuantely, we're stuck with them for Cynomel. Luckily they

haven't lost mine yet, but you may want to just bite the bullet and reorder. The

first package will likely arrive sometime in the future...

UPDATE: package received BACK at the sender. They are trying today to send it

AGAIN. Of course I've lost 6 weeks...arrrgh! Thanks again to those who

responded!
