>I am currently at week 7 and on 50mcg cynomel and temps have averaged 98.6-98.8

the entire past 10 days. Pulse is between 80-95. Do I need to raise if temps

are stable and good?

Sounds like you are probably on enough, how do you feel??

>Also even when I woke up this morning at 8am my temp was 98.6 and I took last

dose of cynomel the previous night at 10pm. Wouldn't the t3 have left my body

by 8 am the next morning?

No, there will still be T3 there, it's used more slowly at night

When it's working well you are topping up before the last dose has

sunk too low and don't feel ups and downs

I feel nice and warm- comfortable in my body for the first time probably since i

was a kid. I guess I'll stay at this dose and keep monitoring temps/pulse and if

I need to raise I will. Thanks for the reply!!
