Guest guest
Hi. Just wanted to post that my Cynomel arrived yesterday, June 15th. I ordered it on the 4th of June - less than 2 weeks. I'm in Wisconsin and drugs ordered from Canada used to take longer than that. I'm impressed. Also, wanted to post lab tests from 2001 when I was on Unithroid, 1 mg.(or mcg. I no longer remember which it is - comprable to 1 grain Armour.) TSH - 0.20 (0.4-6.0); FT4 - 2.1 (0.8-1.8); FT3 - 3.2 (2.3-4.2). FT4 way over and FT3 not quite mid-range. Quite a bit different from my current tests on Armour. I don't have all my tests, though I am trying to find them, just to compare more T4 only labs. I am going through a difficult time with my dad, who is ill and for whom I had to activate power of attorney for healthcare to make a placement. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because he was never willing to do financial power of attorney and bills need to be paid. Trying to get guardianship. I am afraid to start the T3 because I don't know how I will react and how it will affect me. Any advice might be helpful, but, I don't know what to do at this point. Anxious to get started, but quite nervous. Will post again I am certain. Thanks to all who respond. KB
Guest guest
With the considerable stress you are facing, if it was me I'd make double-sure my adrenals were in good shape to start T3. That stress may be really be burdening them. You've probably seen it already, but here's the " is my adrenal support adequate? KB I had a smooth journey swapping from Natural to T3 Provided Ferritin and Cortisol are OK very few people have adverse effects. Your T4 labs show where the RT3 came from, an FT4 of over 1.4 almost always leads to RT3 production Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
