Guest guest
First let me apologize because this may be a repeat for some people. I'm going to put this on 2 boards because I don't know if it's t3 or adrenal related. I started my meds/supplements on Friday. Here's my routine: 7:00 - HC - 10 mg Potassium - 10 meq Iron Fumarate - 300 mg (105 mg elemental iron) Vitamin C 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt 12:00 - HC - 5 mg B-Complex Vit D3 - 11,000 ius 4:00 - HC - 5 mg Potassium - 10 meq 7:00 - HC - 5 mg 8:00 - Magnesium/Calcium - 600 mg Magnesium Ok, so every night I've had a real problem with going to sleep. I finally had to take 2 tylenol pm's last night so that I could get some sleep before I had to come back to work today. I have energy in the mornings and not tired when I wake up after so little sleep. I'm wide awake ALL the time and bursting with energy and my mind is really clear. I'm curious to know if I'm taking too much or too little of something or if I need to retweak my dosing schedule. It's just really odd. To refresh memories, my cortisol levels were opposite with low in the mornings then high in the evenings. My RT3 was OUTRAGEOUS and my iron EXTREMELY low! Could this be happening because all the t3 pooling in my blood finally attached to my cells and tissues with me taking iron now? OR is it something to do with cortisol?? I'm just confused. Thanks!
