Guest guest
Truvia is wonderful! I wish they would make it in bulk form as its expensive by the packet or the small shaker container. I think I read some where that Truvia is used in the Asian countries as a natural sweetener. It has no aftertaste, and sweetens very well. I too use it on tart fruit. n are you just allergic to mannitol or all the "tol"'s? Because truvia has erthitol in it, but it gives the least GI upset besides zylitol. I will eat things with mannitol in it even tho it can end up with me having "D" but that isn't a bad thing for me. I can use the help. ;-) Glad you liked the poem. Good for you cleaning your desk area! :-) Blessings and Love, Jackie "Somebody has said there are only two kinds of people in the world. I was tempted to suggest a form of Stevia, but it has a rather acidic aftertaste. My endocrinologist put me onto Sucralose.I am allergic to Mannitol, which is used in "sugar-free" ice creamand sugar-free frozen yogurts. Stevia does have real possibilities, and is not a true sugar and is natural; I found Truvia to be the bestof these. I would only add any sweetening agent if the fruit was very sour or tart. The same smoothie can be made with a food processor, or evena hand-held blender or food processor.Good luck!Love,n

Guest guest
amen to truvia in a larger pkg! I use it too, however my husband and daughter find it has an aftertaste. I imagine the it would depend on taste buds of the person. To: MSersLife Sent: Fri, May 6, 2011 6:07:30 PMSubject: n....Re: Smoothies/ingredients/ why Sucralose or Stevia, etc. Truvia is wonderful!
