Guest guest
Funny you should ask . I asked a similar question in a post a while back which mysteriously never got posted. I have RA, and I've used Cutlers protocol. Is there anything more specific you'ld like to ask/discuss regarding RA? . > > is there anyone in this group with RA who has used cutler's prot. ? > > thanks > monique >
Guest guest
I had ankylosing spondylitis, through a low carb diet and chelation it has now cleared. Took around 2 months to clear entirely primarily through diet. Then chelation has enabled me over 6 months to eat more starchy foods and to tolerate supplements Phil > > is there anyone in this group with RA who has used cutler's prot. ? > > thanks > monique >
Guest guest
Interesting . How has cutler's protocol worked for your RA symptoms? Did you start it because of your RA or for other reasons ? I don't have RA but i get a lot of joint symptoms my rheumatologist could not help me with - all he could do was tell me they were non-inflammatory. --------------------------------- Get your own web address. Guest guest
Hi & CC, I'll answer your questions together since they are related. My case is somewhat unusual in that I developed RA *after* starting chelation. I developed RA from a bacterial infection (RA is caused by untreated/undiagnosed bacterial infections). I started chelation for what you might call CFS/ME and progressed well for a few months but caught a bacterial infection which ground my chelation to a stop. Later on I developed RA. Things which help me most are diet, probiotics and antibiotics. In my experience although the symptoms of RA can be severe they are also (relatively) easy to control through the above. What is more difficult is to get rid of the underlying bacterial infection, but it can be done - just requires dogged persistence. My advice to anyone would be to use an abx protocol as the first line of treatment against RA, possibly supported by chelation as a secondary treatment (my problem is that I can't chelate any more). You can find out more about abx and RA by visiting the roadback foundation website - http://www.roadback.org/ The book I recommend is " The new arthritis Breakthrough " by Henry Scammell, although the word " new " is misleading since the use of abx for arthritis has been around for at least 50 years but suppressed by the medical profession (arthritis drugs are big business). Many of these chronic inflammatory conditions (such as RA) are caused by an underlying (undiagnosed) bacterial infection. You have to ask whats allowing these bacteria to proliferate in the first place - maybe mercury is a factor in there. Hope that helps, > Interesting . > How has cutler's protocol worked for your RA symptoms? > Did you start it because of your RA or for other reasons ? > > I don't have RA but i get a lot of joint symptoms my rheumatologist could not help me with - all he could do was tell me they were non-inflammatory. > hi miguel thanks for your answer. has it helped with your RA? did you get tested before starting to see if Me was a problem for you? how much of the prot have you done so far? what else have you done for your RA? thanks monique
