" I am getting shakiness, jitteriness (internal shakes, Val calls it), and a " heavy " heartbeat (but not fast), eventually I will get nausea. I am always calmed after taking HC. " I am thinking that you may be getting low blood sugar symptoms and that eating a small amount of protein before going to bed might help " This isn't it. I eat protein every time I eat. Perhaps you are able to make more adrenaline than I am and that's why I don't notice the 'internal shakes'. > eventually I will get nausea. Yup, that's what I get.
