Magnesium Citrate and Aspartate less so and are better absorbed. Taurine also helps you use your magnesium better. Lemon juice helps with absorption. Do you have low stomach acid? Guest guest
Also, try MgSO4 (Epsom salt) baths, MgSO4 cream, MgCl2 cream. For oral Mg, start with low doses and very gradually work up as tolerated. > > > > I seem to have problems with magnesium absorption, even if I spread it > > over the day I still get diarrhoea. > > > Hi , > > Magnesium Oxide and Chloride move the bowels a lot. Guest guest
--- Hi Dean I think I do have low stomach acid and I take digestive enzymes with Hcl with dinner and breakfast. I have tried Mag citrate but it has the same effect. I will try your other suggestions though. Do you take the lemon juice actually with the magnesium and if so how much? Many thanks In frequent-dose-chelation , " DeanNetwork " wrote: > > > > I seem to have problems with magnesium absorption, even if I spread it > > over the day I still get diarrhoea. > > > Hi , > > Magnesium Oxide and Chloride move the bowels a lot.
