How long ago

I made the increase a few weeks ago. Had a headache and a little cold

during that time but have been fine this last week. (thought it was

curious that very low temps recorded during a three day migraine)

Still lots of variation in the temps in the last week. I see the doc

again this week and want to have a bit of a game plan.

thanks Cheri for you assistance

Well, the symptoms you are describing sound like low cortisol. So your temps

were stable, you increased your Armour while you had a slight cold and ten

were fine this last week. When did you start having the dizziness and so on?

It's possible that you used up any reserves you had built up when you had

the cold if you didn't stress dose. I would think that could set you back.

I'm sure Val will have some ideas when she logs on in the morning.
