I had my RBC magnesium done after reading Janie's post. Here are my results:

magnesium, RBC 4.2 ( 4.0-6.4)

I am assuming this is low. Where should I be in the range? What is a good mag. supplement?

I figure all my minerals are low because I also had trouble with low iron. Can someone make a suggestion for a good multi-mineral? I have a Chelated mutli-mineral that was recommended by a acupuncturist, however, it has iodine in it. I am afraid to use this due to rT3 issue.

Is it common for rT3/hypo people to have low minerals?
