Guest guest
I hope someone can clarify this for me. My impression is that malt, in general, is an ingredient to avoid. But I was just reading an article about GF beer in Living Without magazine and there's a statement made that doesn't make sense to me.... Refering to a particular GF beer: " All real beer is made out of malt. We're the only gluten-free beer, period, made out of malt. " So how can this be? And if malt isn't a problem, why don't other GF beer producers use it? Thanks for any info on this. /isabelle
