Guest guest
I tried taking Chromium and had high blood sugar (borderline diabetic) results on a number of tests during that time. My blood sugar is normal when not taking Chromium. Tampering with your blood sugar is a big deal and can affect lots of other things. Having tried this one, I would only do it again if I was monitoring my blood sugar, knew for sure that I was hypoglycemic, and was making sure not to overdo it. --- Ladyshrink111@...> wrote: > Advice needed. Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: Sherratt I tried taking Chromium and had high blood sugar (borderline diabetic) results on a number of tests during that time. ===>I read about Vanadium (another blood sugar regulation supplement) actually causing high blood sugar. Seems that some have this paradoxical reaction, thanks for the heads up. --- Ladyshrink111@...> wrote: > Advice needed. We started supplementing chromium, > 200 mcgs per meal.
