I have been taking Ashwagandha for several years now in addition to other

supplements that support the thyroid and adrenals. It has helped me a lot

(the combo of stuff I take anyway). Mostly what I notice is I get a lot

worse if I run out and don't replace it promptly.

I am surprised Milk Thistle affected your blood sugar. Did it cause it to go

high or low? I am wondering if your brand was one that had other things in

it like fillers. I have been taking that with dandelion for several years

and it has really, really helped my liver. In fact, I know a woman with

liver disease who didn't believe me how well it worked so I went and bought

her both and she promised to try it. After a month, her doctor was shocked

that her liver enzymes were normal after 10 years. I guess everyone's body

is different though and things impact them differently.

I know the things for sleep don't help me at all and I have tried every

supplement, herb and drug I can think of and still have sleep issues because

my adrenals. I figure if I ever get the adrenals completely healed my sleep

issues will go away too.
