Guest guest
Rt3 dominance can be caused by prolonged low carb/low calorie dieting and prolonged stressors whether physical (over training for physical fitness/ lack of sleep)or mental (work / relationship)... In regards to diet/calorie consumption....what would be considered a good diet for RT3 prevention/ increased T3 production/conversion? I have read that a person should consume at least 130 carbs per day in order to prevent the body from going into conservation mode which would increase RT3 production... Should carbohydrate intake be increased during the time that someone is trying to clear RT3 along with T3? Also, if a person was to clear RT3 successfully and returned to weight training/physical fitness... would it be a good idea to dose pure t3 during short periods of low carb/low calorie dieting to prevent overproduction of Rt3/
