TK--- I believe with meals/snacks with some protein, doesn't have to

be cottage cheese especially for those that are sulfer sensitive.

It's been a while, but I had bought flax seed oil (at least a year

ago!) with the intention of making it a habit, but between my brain

fog, etc., I didn't and it's been in the fridge ever since. With all

the talk about Omega-3, I looked on the label and found out ('cause

if I knew it, I totally forgot it), it's ALA! So does that mean if

you're going to start chelating and eventually adding the ALA, would

taking the flax seed gel caps be something I could use? Thanks.

Thanks, :) I figured it was probably rancid, and chances are,

I wouldn't have ever noticed the differences between the two ALAs! I

REALLY do want my brain back! lol
