TK--- I believe with meals/snacks with some protein, doesn't have to be cottage cheese especially for those that are sulfer sensitive. > I believe it should be taking with something like cottage cheese? > What other options are their if you don't tolerate cottage cheese? > Am I correct in saying 1 - 6 Tablespoons of Flax should be balanced with 1-6 teaspoons of Borage? > Thanks, > Dean > >

Guest guest
It's been a while, but I had bought flax seed oil (at least a year ago!) with the intention of making it a habit, but between my brain fog, etc., I didn't and it's been in the fridge ever since. With all the talk about Omega-3, I looked on the label and found out ('cause if I knew it, I totally forgot it), it's ALA! So does that mean if you're going to start chelating and eventually adding the ALA, would taking the flax seed gel caps be something I could use? Thanks. : Donna > > Hi All, > When is the best time to take flax oil? > I believe it should be taking with something like cottage cheese? > What other options are their if you don't tolerate cottage cheese? > Am I correct in saying 1 - 6 Tablespoons of Flax should be balanced with 1-6 teaspoons of Borage? > Thanks, > Dean

Guest guest
Thanks, I figured it was probably rancid, and chances are, I wouldn't have ever noticed the differences between the two ALAs! I REALLY do want my brain back! lol : Donna > > > > It's been a while, but I had bought flax seed oil (at least a year > > ago!) with the intention of making it a habit, but between my brain > > fog, etc., I didn't and it's been in the fridge ever since. > It's probably rancid by now.
