Guest guest
I've also read quite a lot about acute mercury ingestion causing abdominal pain and vomiting. I'm wondering if this pain is just form mobilizing more merucry with the increased ALA and it might just be something we have to deal with if we want to remove the mercury. Guest guest
Moneca, I think that would be ACUTE mercury ingestion causing abdominal pain and vomiting vs chronic. We got this weird stomach complaint from our little one anytime we started using anything for viral treatment. She would say it felt like " there were knives in her stomach " , indicating I think sharp pains, but with a 4 year old, you never know. As Dmsa and Ala can address immune irregularities, they have used Dmsa in the treatment of AIDS, it's quite possible that this would be the mechanism of action. Re: Any thoughts on abdominal pain with chelation? - adding one more thing I've also read quite a lot about acute mercury ingestion causing abdominal pain and vomiting. I'm wondering if this pain is just form mobilizing more merucry with the increased ALA and it might just be something we have to deal with if we want to remove the mercury. Guest guest
Yes, you're correct in that it was accute mercury ingestion that I read about. Sierra's stomach doesn't work well as far as contracting to mix contents and has proved to be an incredibly sensitive stomach. I'm looking for any kind of lead to help me figure this out so I wondered if just mobilizing intracellular mercury with ALA could cause pain in one with a very sensitive stomach. Her stomach is her area of weakness and most affected by far by mercury than any other body system.
