Hi.

I've been following Cutler's protocol since April 2006. It has gone

very well. I started my daughter on it becuase I've had such good

results. We just sent another UTM on her since we increased her ALA

and she had elevated mercury excretion which we were very pleased to

see. I've vere perplexed by one symptom and I was hoping some folks

on this board could shed some light on it for me. Since increasing

her ALA to one third her body weight she has had stomach pain. All

her yeast symptoms are under conrtol except for a slight flare that

occurs the thrid day of chelation and first day off round. She is on

a huge aresnal of natural antifungals and probiotics. She has not had

this stomach pain before even when her yeast was horrible. The pain

is intermittent throughout the day occuring only whe eating or

drinking (even just water). Sometimes it causes her to vomit and

squating seems to help her feel better.

This week I did not use any ALA hoping to give her body a break, but

the pain has not subsided. I've been reaing about entercolitis, but

she never has diarrhea or bloody stools. I've asked this question on

two different children's chleation groups. I'm hoping that some of

the adults here can share some of their experiences and thoughts.

Thanks!

Moneca
