Kinda cool to have your brain back isn't it?

I'm taking CLO per Megson but the nightblindness isn't budging so far. Nell
Guest guest
TK--- suggestion - stay at this dose for awhile if you are having positive effects and don't get over eager. > > I am on day three of my first round of DMPS. Guest guest
Yes, I plan to stick with 12.5 mg. Day four was lousy. I dropped the ALA on day 5, but did not bounce back as well as I do when I drop the ALA at the end of DMSA rounds. Maybe I will do a round of DMPS only next time. Also, I think others ( W?, Val?) reported needing more magnesium with DMPS. I actually had a bit of restless legs on the night of day 4. I thought I got rid of that symptom a year ago. So maybe I need to increase mag if I'm going to keep on with DMPS. -- > > > > I am on day three of my first round of DMPS.
