Guest guest Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 As cortisol is your body's antiinflammatory hormone, I would think it is due to the flu using up all your cortiosl and you have some inflammation in the hip joint. I used to have horrid pain in my hips to the point I could not go walking with my dogs any longer.
