These foods are covered at www.gfcfdiet.com. Some ore-ida are ok,

some aren't. Corn Pops have a cross-contamination problem. Best to

check regularly at gfcfdiet as things can changed suddenly.

For cereal, environkidz (sp?) brand can be found at HFS, has several

gfcf cereals to choose form, taste great, and don't have a lot of

junk added to them.

Juicy Juice is all right but I think that the Corn Pops have a chance of

cross contamination which does not always matter in the beginning but I

found out 4 months into the diet that Evan is now have problems with some

things when there is the chance of contamination. Did you check the

gfcfdiet.com web site?
