Guest guest
These foods are covered at www.gfcfdiet.com. Some ore-ida are ok, some aren't. Corn Pops have a cross-contamination problem. Best to check regularly at gfcfdiet as things can changed suddenly. For cereal, environkidz (sp?) brand can be found at HFS, has several gfcf cereals to choose form, taste great, and don't have a lot of junk added to them. > Does anyone know if Juicy Juice lunch juice boxes are GFCF? What about Corn > Pops by Kellogs, is it GFCF? Also Ore-Ida Crinkle Fries, are they GFCF? > Last but not leat, Lawry's Seasoning Salt, is it GFCF? Guest guest
Juicy Juice is all right but I think that the Corn Pops have a chance of cross contamination which does not always matter in the beginning but I found out 4 months into the diet that Evan is now have problems with some things when there is the chance of contamination. Did you check the gfcfdiet.com web site? Betty Question on a few grocery items > Does anyone know if Juicy Juice lunch juice boxes are GFCF? What about Corn > Pops by Kellogs, is it GFCF?
