What's your favorite SCD Bread Recipe?

Hi everyone. I've been on the diet for about 5 months. I've been sucessfully

using almond and coconut flour to make bannana breads and other types of

muffins, but I haven't had much luck with sandwich bread. I've tried making a

few of the SCD bread recipes but haven't found one that resembles flour bread.

Perhaps I'm being unrealistic in my expectations, but if anyone has a favorite

bread recipe that comes close to flour like bread, please let me know. I've got

all the SCD cook books, but thought it would be quicker to ask this group than

to try each recipe. Thanks in advance.
