Guest guest
But in the absence of any real professional like action on the part of EMS in terms of self regulation and the government (NR, etc if you like) and other entities like such are by default in charge and will likely stay in charge. Why do they have to take over they already have the control do they not? Hey, we got it good in Texas as long as you have some type of decent budget, a good hands on Medical Director and some decent folks running the show and on the trucks as well as in the office since you need all of them doing the job at the same time. Getting all of that aligned is like getting the moon, sun, planets and galaxies in one place in the celestial heavens but it can be done as we see in some really good systems here in the Great State of Texas, sadly we have too many bad examples as well of poor systems or systems that simply don't even have a system.
