Did you use fresh or frozen cherries for this misty?

Well then, Misty, that's practically a license to eat it every day

right there.

I made it again last night too - this time with cherries and

mixed berries, heavy on the blueberries - that came out

really well, too. But I have to go get more coconut oil -

since I was still out, I used pure ghee, instead. I think I'd

like it be at least half and half, for the health benefits of

the coconut oil.

It was one sitting <blushing>. Glad you enjoyed it. I have to say, I think I tolerate coconut flour better than nut flour. I haven't had any pain and I think it helped with my C. I've made it several times since then and have tried to stick to one piece a night and the next day I have a nice BM.
