Guest guest
I chelated Mon. through Wed. for the first time. Well, technically it was my 2nd round but the 1st was back in March. After ending the round, I am having fatigue. I am seeing a chiropractor for energy work. Once I told her I had chelated and noticed fatigue, she muscle tested some minerals. She said my copper and zinc are out of balance. Since I am mercury toxic, can I assume I need more zinc? I have been taking 75 mg of zinc for the last several months, but I have only now began chelating. Is it possible that I have too much zinc??? Or is it possible that chelating this week removed too much zinc? How long can I stay at 75 mg of zinc without that being too much? My original hair test in Dec. showed somewhat elevated zinc, suggesting zinc wasting, but this was prior to any zinc supplementation. My copper levels were fine. I am receiving some copper in a cal/mag supplement, but below the RDA. Maybe it is still too much... Thanks! -Olif
