I thought I read that 1 serving of prunes or dried plums has over 400mg

potassium in them.

Fresh veggie juices.

rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, but a small child just has

so much room in their stomach.

regular salt, but it seems she has a higher than normal requirement

for potassium as do I. I learned a long time ago not to binge on candy

as it will reduce potassium (via interfering with blood sugar levels)

and I get excruitiating leg cramps that no amount of magnesium or

calcium will help.

how do you get more potassium into a person? They are now

recommending 4.6 grams of potassium for an adult and that's a lot of

fruits and vegetables. We're not going to high dose anything until

Andy has a chance to look at all of her labs, etc, but I'm at a loss

to figure out how to introduce more potassium.
