Do I have to take a whole bath, or can I just do an epsom foot bath?Also, whoever mentioned about S. bouldarai (or whatever that probiotic is) earlier for helping diarrhea, thanks! I'll look into it. Guest guest Posted July 10, 2009 Report Share Posted July 10, 2009 You'll want to do a whole bath - it feels really, really good - epsom saltis cheap anyway, but you can get a big bag of it at costco forvery little money. And its very relaxing. I never did the foot bathversion, mostly because I don't have a foot bath. Also, I have allthese great other bath bomb thingies and cocoa butter bath melts from Lush that I put in the water with the epsom salt to make iteven better. But it is great even without that.
