Re: Mid-back killing means need more HC

For six months I had constant stiffness in my lower back and I have no history

of any back problems. It always felt like it needed to be stretched.

After a week or so on HC it went away and I haven't felt it since.

I had the same experience, wonderful isn't it???However right now I'm

going thru some thyroid problems again that has stressed out my

adrenals so I ache a little again, but am looking forward to when it is

good again....loved to hear positive things on this forum

And mine has been killing me for over a week. Wonder what that is

telling me... My adrenals are getting pummeled despite all of the HC

that I am taking so it either isn't getting there, or I'm using it all up.
