Guest guest
Hello all, I put a magnesium oil on my body every day because I always felt it was helpful. It also has potassium and sodium as well b/c it is derived from natural sea salt. Would anyone think that it could be causing problems if I have adrenal exhaustion/hypothyroid? Guest guest
Magnesium can only help adrenal and thyroid issues. The main side effect from to much magnesium is diarrhea which would hurt the adrenals by depleting electrolytes. Otherwise the only other contraindication is if you have bad kidneys. I have found magnesium to be very helpful in getting rid of swelling and muscle pain. I have very bad adrenals and no thyroid Kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Sat, May 1, 2010 10:48:17 AMSubject: Magnesium oil Hello all,I put a magnesium oil on my body every day because I always felt it was helpful.
