Stopping low-calorie dieting should help RT3; I don't know if milk thistle would

or not. It probably depends partly on the cause; if the RT3 is caused by low

ferritin, for example, I don't see how milk thistle would affect that.

Yes, that makes sense that if the cause is low ferritin cleansing the liver

would not help. But if the RT3 is due to a stessed liver due to eating an

extremely low carb candida diet, in addition to the die-off, then would it stand

to reason that upping the carbs so as not to be in ketosis and cleansing the

liver to unblock toxins released from the die-off would help rather than going

on T3? This is all provided the person does not hav low ferritin or cortisol.
