Guest guest
Stopping low-calorie dieting should help RT3; I don't know if milk thistle would or not. It probably depends partly on the cause; if the RT3 is caused by low ferritin, for example, I don't see how milk thistle would affect that. > > > > > > > >I have high RT3, which I thought was brought on mostly by dieting and my low ferritin. Guest guest
" if the RT3 is caused by low ferritin, for example, I don't see how milk thistle would affect that. " Yes, that makes sense that if the cause is low ferritin cleansing the liver would not help. But if the RT3 is due to a stessed liver due to eating an extremely low carb candida diet, in addition to the die-off, then would it stand to reason that upping the carbs so as not to be in ketosis and cleansing the liver to unblock toxins released from the die-off would help rather than going on T3? This is all provided the person does not hav low ferritin or cortisol. > > > > > > > > > > >I have high RT3, which I thought was brought on mostly by dieting and my low ferritin.
