I am so happy to learn about holy basil. I just know my

coritsol at night is high and I was just A.M. blood tested and it is

way high. Someone recommneded Holy Basil and I got a good

quality one and I could feel myself relaxing already just the

first night. Also saw my doctor yesterday and even though

she doesn't completely get the reverse t3 problem she is letting

me go on just T3 for the next 3 months... She is amazing, she will

order all the blood tests I want... But she doesn't beleive in

saliva tests and my insurance will not pay for it.

Also, I am going to my other doctor and getting off the metoprolo

as recommended. Too bad it messes with the RT3 as it sure did

work good and I didn't " Notice " any side effects.

You can not imagine how much I love the help from this group.
