I may have missed a post here, but can I assume that with a ferritin of 22 you

are working diligently to raise it?

150-200 elemental iron a day is usually recommended to raise ferritin, many here

have had good results with bluebonnet iron, here's a link:

Hi. Yes, I am taking Iron (though I've been slacking the past few weeks). 22 is

up from around 15 a few months ago.

As for the Cytomel--what's the SIMPLEST regimen that would help clear out the

RT3?
