Guest guest
I have recently started using magnesium oil to help counter low body magnesium. The oil I am using is actually condensed sea water, with other trace minerals like selenium and calcium. The form of magnesium in this oil is magnesium oxide, which I understand is poorly absorbed, or is that only the case if the magnesium is taken orally? thanks for any input Nicola
