heart palpitations = adrenals?

Hi again everyone,

Just recently I developed a worsening of heart palpitations along with

faintness, adrenaline rushes (everything tingles), shakes, achy chest,

and shortness of breath. I have an appt. w/ a cardiolgist, but I

suspect this will yield no answers, because as usual, it's just

another host of symptoms I already have. However, not getting it

checked out scares me. I can't drive, as this happened previously in

the car. Does anyone think this is weak adrenals? ( I have been told

years back that this was the case, but I haven't dealt with it.) I am

hypothyroid and take T4, but my body temps are still too low, as well

as feeling cold, hair loss, etc.. I've tried taking an herbal

supplement for adrenals, called Adreset, but it doesnt seem to help.

This is very scary for and I hope someone can offer insight.
