dosing question from new member

Hi All,

I'm new to the group, and have a question about DMSA and ALA dosing. I

have Andy Cutler's book and want to get rid of mercury the safest and

most effective way.

My Dr., who has Amalgam Illness in his waiting room, prescribed DMSA

250 mg capsules, to be take 3x day for 3 days, then off for 11 days

and repeat cycle 3 times. Now that I'm seeing your posts and

re-reading the book, I'm seeing that it's recommended to take it every

4 hrs. at the most.

I've been through one 3 day cycle (following my Dr's protocol), with

no obvious problems and am wondering if I should open the capsules and

try to divide the powder and take less mg more frequently for the next

cycles.

I'm also wondering if I should stop taking the ALA when I stop the DMSA.
