Barring something getting flummoxed again I'm back....

Won't go into all the details... I'm alive.. I'm feisty... I'm tired...

and it's TOO HOT!!

I have my meds order in... so things will be getting better on that

front... I've just not been doing well with adding in the synthetic to

compensate for the shortage on natural. It's gonna take some time to be

weaning off the synthetic (I've already started that process, reducing

the amount of synthetic T4 and increasing the amount of synthetic T3) so

that when the order of natural gets here I can do a smoother switch.

I get to deal with two transitions. Reducing the synthetic and increasing

the natural as well as a brand change. I've been taking Time Caps brand

for the last three years and, with that source no longer available, I'll

be switching to Thyroid-S. My spreadsheet for dosing is scary to look

at... I have it all laid out for the next year for how it works out

math-wise and then will be modifying that as time passes and my basal

charts show how I'm responding...

Amazingly since reducing the synthetic T4 the trouble that I was having

with the tendons in my right leg are all but gone. The residual issues

seem to have more to do with the strain and stress from the 'spasms' and

I'm now back to being able to walk properly and do my Bedxercises again.

So far the plan for today is to work on catching up on posts... so be

prepared to be seeing a bunch from me...

Lot's of other stuff going on too as I've skimmed through posts, gonna be

a lot of interesting reading for this kid today....

Ah.... celebrations, for me, this month.... I'll be hitting the four year

mark for self treating... and I'll be having a birthday too.... Nope...

not telling the dates for either cuz they are only a few days apart......

but I will tell my age... I'll be 49...for the first time!! heheheheheh
