Guest guest
, no, what I ordered is exactly the same bottle of Thyroid S that is shown on the site you ordered from. I hope it's ok. Lynda Re: Re: CYTOMEL Upon closer look this shows a picture of a bottle with Thyroid-S on it so it is probably generic. I would be afraid what you ordered may be Levothyroxine, packaged for animals. Used to take THAT too when I couldn't get anything else! LOL *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes? Guest guest
Thanks for the site info. I looked up weight loss info and they had Eltroxin / Synthroid listed... Guest guest
The site is now shut completely down and doesn't exist. I would think that goes for Cytomel too. Anything in the stomach will interfere with the absorption of the medication...so let it get started before eating. cindi

Guest guest
No it is basically because ther ewas NO generic till this year and they had a monopoly on it in the USA,. You are better off to buy form Mexico, their brand called Cynomel is just as good if nto better and less than 1/4 the cost. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Reverse t3 319 (90-350) Ferritin 179 (high 13-150) Thyroid Peroxidase TPO 109 (high 0-34) Antithryroglobulin AB <20 (0-40) TSH 2.010 ( 0.450-4.500) T4 Free Direct 1.32 (0.82-1.77) Triiodothyronine 2.7 (2.0-4.4) Josie is right on the money. The TPO being high indicates you have Hashimoto's Thyri dDisease and the Triiodothyronine is T3 and those ranges are also for FT3 so your ratio of FT3/RT3 is 8.46 which is lousy and it nbeeds to be at least 20 preferably higher. Your high ferritin is a concern. You shoudl proabbyl follow that up wiht a full iron panel to see if it si inflammation or a real high iron issue. The thyroid you will need to treat wiht T3 only. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Went to docs for month follow up after her diagnosis of reverse T3 being 637 about 5 weeks ago. I am feeling much better, but have gained even more weight. She has me on Armour thyroid 2 grains a day but agreed to add cytomel. I will take cytomel 3 times a day. She told me to continue to take the Armour Thyroid too along with it. Doesn't that seem like a lot to take the Armour and the Cytomel. Should I continue with the Armour and will I ever lose this weight?Help!
Guest guest
Thanks Val! I'll give it a try. Subject: Re: CytomelTo: RT3_T3 Date: Monday, June 7, 2010, 1:38 PM With RT3 being that high yu need ot stop the Armour. T4 is what RT3 is made form it needs ot be starved out by removing it's prohormone. Each grain of Armoru had 38mcg T4 dn 9mcg T3.. not a good combo for osmeone needed to reduce RT3 -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
