Hi,

Have high reverse T3 and high cortisol.

Is it for high cortisol that you take the Holly Basil for? If so could u please

tell me how much, when and what brand/type is working for you?

And wondering if you have any experience with PS, which is also recommended.

Hope it's ok that I jumped in here, but I feel an urgency in getting cortisol

down (preventing possible adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia issues).

Thank you!
