Apparently it just spreads the redistribution out over a longer time and leads to more total redistribution. J > Bob > > >
Guest guest
How about lots of vitamin C, citrate forms of vitamins, activated charcoal? Other than that, it's par for the course. We find that we need more vitamins after a round to help with redistribution. But there is essentially no way to stop it entirely. Tapering is a bad idea. As long as you take a chelator, your still pulling and at some point when you stop taking it, you will still have redistribution. The way I think of it, to help ease the uneasiness of redistribution, is this: If you dont chelate at all, the mercury will stay where it is and continue to cause damage and disease. Of which you eventually will have an earlier death than what was genetically designed for you. You will also be plagued with diseases along the way. If you remove the mercury and go through minor distributions in the process, as long as you continue to chelate, you will at some point remove those redistributions as well. Ultimately, having little to no metals left to cause damage. In essence, prolonging your life and avoiding many diseases. > > > > > > Would it make any sense to taper off a round, by using progressively > lower doses? >> > Bob >

Guest guest
> Would it make any sense to taper off a round, by using progressively lower doses? No. The correct technique is to run adequately long rounds. 3 days seems to be enough, less often isn't, more is better. Andy
