Guest guest
If I am taking a supplement of selenomethionine but it has 150 mcg of sodium selenate and 50 mcg of selenomethionine, how would I know that the selenate form is causing any problems for me? Andy says some people react to it. What does this mean? I have stopped taking it because it contains the selenate, but I'm pretty sure I should be taking it since I have just had 3 major amalgams removed ( a week ago). Worried I am not doing enough to get any of the free mercury out of my system soon enough (I am hesitating to chelate right now for I have to travel in about a month, and now I feel I should also give my gut a rest period).
