Guest guest
Angie - I remember when I joined last October, you were so incredibly stressed and scared and just miserable. You have really come a long way in 6 months time. And your financial situation hasn't changed much for the better. I am still praying for you to get your disability. I know you will, it's just a question of when. Anyway, just wanted to give you a pat on the back for your improved outlook on life. Take care. Jeanne in WI Thank you , you gave me some encouragement. I have been on zero income for 7 months now. I've got lawyers and everything filed. Only 'income' I have right now is food stamps. I've been paying the rent and utilities with money from my 401k. Since the markets have tanked; my 401k is way smaller than it was; which means we'll run out of money a lot sooner than we should have. But I'm here. We're getting by. The thing is; I'm happier than I've been in forever! The point of my ramble is that hope is what gets you through. I started out worrying myself sicker; literally; 24/7. But now I just take it a day at a time; and each month we get thru without too much problem is a victory. Next month is next month. OK so I generally do get a little anxious around the first of the month; but not like I used to.
