Well they must be looking for something specific in a Blood Test if they are monitoring for bad effects from the Statins. One thing I've found from looking up curtesy of Dr Google is Creatinine Kinase levels is one of the enzymes they'd be checking!

Have to find out what it is & what it relates to...
