My first visit to a specialist

Hi guys! So, I have my first ever visit with Dr. Hope Haefner (or

Anne Sullivan, I think her name was), at the U of Mich this upcoming

Friday. I've never been to a specialist for anything..ever..before,

and frankly, I am beyond nervous. I have no idea what to expect, and

though I know each person's visit with a specialist will be different,

I would love to hear stories about some of your first visits to a

vulvar specialist, even if it's not my doctor(s)

specifically-basically, an overview of what they did when you got

there, if they ran tests or if there's something I should bring...the

only thing I know is that this visit will be long, over an hour they

said, and will include a psych consolt. Yikes!
