that is why I off set the cider vinegar with local honey - no tummy problems or bladder infections God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

I had a major DUH moment during the night on one of my many trips to the bathroom.... I've been drinking orange juice and "cold cure" (lemon/grapefruit/orange juice). And my granddaughter has been squeezing limes and lemons each day to make lemon/limeade. The acidic juice irritate my bladder. How could I have forgotten that??!?? lol So I won't drink anymore of those juices and instead I'm trying to flush out my bladder with extra water today. I should be better in a few days. Hopefully no peed in panties anymore:) lolI really don't know how I could have forgotten that acidic juices affect my bladder. MS cognitive stuff is weird:)hugs
