Are my adrenals that bad?

I'm new to this forum. I was diagnosed with hypoT with a TSH of 5.71

in 2001. Put on low Synthroid dose for 4 years, felt terrible, found

a new doc who was willing to add Cytomel. I have felt both better

and worse since adding Cytomel 2 years ago. I have since switched

docs again, and these are my most recent labs, done in December....

From saliva tests using ZRT lab:

Estradiol: <0.5L (1.3-3.3) premenopausal

Progesterone: 22L (75-270)

Ratio: Pg/E2 44L (optimal: 100-500 when E2 1.3-3.3)

Testosterone: 11L (16-55)

DHEAS: 5.7 (2-23)

Cortisol morning: 4.8 (3.7-9.5)

Cortisol noon: 1.3 (1.2-3.0)

Cortisol evening: 0.2L (0.6-1.9)

Cortisol night: 0.3L (0.4-1.0)

Thyrod blood labs (taking 75 mcg Synthroid & 15 mcg Cytomel), none

prior to testing:

TSH: 0.7

FT3: 235 (230-420)

FT4: 1.0 (0.8-1.8)

My new doc said he's never seen a patient with such low values, in

everything! He says I have severe adrenal fatigue and wants to

prescribe Cortef, DHEA compounded, and switch me to Armour.

He wants me to wait to start these until after I see an endo on Feb.

8, b/c he says the endo will run additional tests, and he'd like to

talk with him after my appt. The appt with the endo was set up 6

months ago by my former doc, not the new doc.

I am overwhelmed. I am scared of Cortef. I am only 30 years old, but

feel like I am twice that.

Just how badly am I messed up?
