Tofu and Application

Completely random question but I've been looking into making SCD legal tofu

after going to a Burmese restaurant (where I know the chefs). They made a tofu

out of yellow split peas rather than soy. They won't reveal their secret recipe

but I found ways to make it online and would really like to attempt it. I'm

vegetarian so the idea of making a legal " tofu " really appeals to me. Anyway I

was talking about it with a friend of mine the other day in conjunction with

websites like the SCD bakery and was telling her that if someone sold scd legal

" tofu " I would definitely be interested in buying it. I wondered if you guys

thought there might be any kind of a market for this kind of SCD product. It's

something that people can obviously do on their own but it's a fairly time and

labor intensive process (takes several days to make) so it might not really be

something that you'd want to make on your own. Anyway, I just thought I'd throw

the thought out there to see what people think and if there's any kind of

interest in it.

Also, I know that several people have mentioned fitday on this board. I used to

use it but moved onto another site recently. One of the things I want to try in

my attempt to get back into shape is using this that will record stuff like my

activities (calories I'm burning etc) and the food I eat. Now...the reason I'm

posting this here is I have a friend who is designing an iPhone application to

help people maintain healthy lifestyles. He wants perspective from people

specifically who have a lot of dietary restrictions. I've told him what I think

I'd like. I'd like to know - what sort of features would you like to see on a

website or have access to on your phone that would help you to stay healthy?

Any thoughts?

Stacey
